Cancellation Policy

We only work with one dog at a time and reserve the time booked for you and you alone. Once you agree to these terms, you are liable for the complete fee.

If you don’t show up, we will be unable to find someone to replace you with zero notice.

You can cancel and or reschedule, just see these next points for details.

  • If you need to cancel an appointment when the date is more than 21 days away, this can be done but is subject to a 20% booking fee.
  • If you reschedule an appointment that is more than 21 days away, there is no charge to do this.
  • If you need to reschedule within 21 days and your space is not able to be refilled, the full fee will still be payable and your appointment time not able to be moved.
  • Any rescheduled appointments are not able to be cancelled and or moved again at a later date once the new appointment time has been confirmed
  • If you need to cancel within 21 days of the booking, the full fee is still payable.
  • If you wish to cancel a lesson package, the already completed lessons will be charged at normal rate. If the next booked lesson is within 21 days of cancellation, the full fee for that lesson is also payable. If the next lesson is not within 21 days, cancellation fee of 20% per lesson remaining is chargeable.
  • There are no cancellations or refunds for any Emergency or Interstate Consultation booked. These are high demand bookings and are usually booked for within 21 days.
  • There are no cancellations on Interstate Consultations once confirmed, we will be allocating time, travel, parking etc and cannot change these arrangements easily.
  • If you fail to show up the full fee is chargeable also.

We have so many people turned away due to our waiting list, this cancellation policy is aimed to make sure those that book lessons, get full benefit from them and time slots don’t go unfilled.

We don’t want unfilled time slots, paid or unpaid, we want to work with you and your dog so that you get the relationship working as best it can be!

Finally, if you have difficulty with anything in this contract including the fees or the time they are due, please discuss this with us and we will see if we can come up with a work around for you.
